Muay Thai is often referred to as “the art of eight limbs.” With origins in Thailand / Cambodia / Laos, Muay Thai is a battle field martial art that has been adapted into a ring sport that is growing in popularity.

Sean HindsSince July 2011, Head Trainer Sean Hinds have been leading the C3 Athletics Muay Thai team in training and competition. Hinds is a professional Muay Thai fighter who holds both WKA and ISKA amateur national titles and the Intercontinental WBL title. By now, Hinds has over 30 fights. While C3 Athletics does have a competitive Muay Thai team, you will never be under pressure to compete. There are many other reasons to take Muay Thai, such as: The incredible full body workout that you cannot duplicate anywhere else, the practical self defense, the extra drive and push you get from working out with a team.
